14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Changed your mind after receiving an original artwork? You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to inform us. Choose from:

Store credit: Receive the full purchase price.

Refund: Original payment method minus a 20% processing fee calculated off the total purchase amount.

Need assistance finding a replacement artwork? We're pleased to connect you with a complimentary art advisor to help you discover the perfect piece.

If the original artwork is damaged or misrepresented, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method.

All return shipments must be arranged through PH Art and shipped in their original packaging, including all accompanying certificates received with the order.

Refunds are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, with funds remitted in USD.

Please note: Special commissions, limited editions, open editions, and frames are final sale. Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any way after purchase. No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period.
